5-1-1: SPEED LIMITS:
   A.   Highway 52: No motor vehicle will exceed the speed limit of thirty (30) miles per hour on Highway 52 within the limits of the city.
   B.   Other City Streets: No vehicle shall exceed the speed of twenty (20) miles per hour on all side streets in the city limits.
   C.   Violation: Any person violating this section will be subject to arrest and prosecuted by law. (Ord. 4, 5-13-1952)
