The Sabin area fire district is hereby authorized and empowered to bill the appropriate entity, be it an individual, corporation or otherwise, for responding to fire calls within the city. The amount of said bill shall be in accordance with the schedule of charges established by the Sabin area fire district from time to time. (Ord. 1994-1, 8-9-1994)
