A. Bylaws: The volunteer fire department membership is hereby authorized and required to adopt a code of bylaws for the management and government of the department, which code of bylaws shall not become effective until presented to and approved by the membership of the fire department and the city council.
B. Firefighters' Relief Association: The members and officers of the volunteer fire department may organize themselves into a firefighters' relief association. (Ord., 4-27-1993)
