3-1-2: GARBAGE DISPOSAL REQUIRED; FREQUENCY; USE OF CITY SYSTEM:
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation not to dispose of garbage and refuse which accumulates upon their property at least once a week. Every householder, occupant and owner of any dwelling, boarding house, apartment building, or any other structure utilized for dwelling purposes shall use the garbage and refuse collection system as provided by the city. (Ord. 18, 5-16-1972)
