A. Insurance: Every applicant who intends to vend products from a motor vehicle shall maintain liability insurance of a minimum of seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000.00) combined single limit liability coverage for injury to or death of any one person or persons or damages/destruction of property in any one accident.
B. Parking: Vehicles must be parked at the curb while engaging in vending operations, and vending shall be done only at the curbside of the vehicle.
C. Equipment: Each vehicle must be equipped with flashing lights on both the front and rear of the vehicle, clearly visible to oncoming cars in full daylight. (2005 Code)
