No peddler, solicitor or vendor shall engage in any peddling, soliciting or vending within the city between the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) P.M. and ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. No vendor shall sell or attempt to sell food products from a motor vehicle in a residential zone between the hours of four o'clock (4:00) P.M. and six thirty o'clock (6:30) P.M. (2005 Code)
