2-5-3: LICENSE REQUIRED FOR EACH COMPANY OR INDIVIDUAL:
A license shall be obtained by each company, vendor, solicitor or peddler. The application shall indicate both the name of the individual vendor or solicitor and the firm or corporation which the applicant represents, if any. (2005 Code)
