2-4-26: MUNICIPAL RIGHT TO PURCHASE SYSTEM:
Subject to the provisions of the cable communications policy act of 1984, upon the expiration of the franchise term or upon termination of the franchise, or if the franchise or cable system is offered for sale, the city shall have the nonexclusive right to purchase the system. (Ord. 115, 4-10-1990)
