2-4-25: MODIFICATION OF OBLIGATIONS:
In addition to any other remedies provided by law or regulations, franchisee's obligations under this chapter may be modified, at its request, in accordance with section 625 of the cable communications policy act of 1984 as it now exists, or as hereafter amended. (Ord. 115, 4-10-1990)
