The city is granted the authority to audit, at its expense, the franchisee's accounting and financial records pertaining to the Sabin cable system upon reasonable notice. The franchisee shall file annually with the city reports of gross basic subscriber revenues of the cable system and such other information as the city deems reasonably appropriate.
