2-4-15: LEASE OF CITY PROPERTY:
   A.   During the term of the franchise, the franchisee shall have the right to construct and maintain, together with right of ingress and egress, a cable communications head end site on the following described property: A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section 7, Township 138 North, Range 47 West, of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Clay County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of Koehl's First Addition to the City of Sabin, said point being also the southwest corner of Lot 12, Block 1 of said Addition, said point being also 50 feet north of the south line of said Section 7, thence westerly and parallel to the south line of said Section 7 for a distance of 75 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing westerly and parallel to the south line of said Section 7 for a distance of 25 feet; thence northerly and parallel to the west line of said Addition for a distance of 25 feet; thence easterly and parallel to the south line of said Section 7 for a distance of 25 feet; thence southerly parallel to the west line of said Addition for a distance of 25 feet to the point of beginning.
   B.   No rent shall be charged by the city for the use of the property, and upon termination of the franchise, franchisee shall have a reasonable time within which to remove its property from the site. Franchisee shall restore the premises to its former condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted. (Ord. 115, 4-10-1990)
