All wires, conduits, cable and other property and facilities of the franchisee shall be located, constructed, installed and maintained in compliance with applicable codes. The franchisee shall keep and maintain all of its property so as not to unnecessarily interfere with the usual and customary trade, traffic and travel upon the streets and public places of the franchise area or endanger the lives or property of any person.
