The franchisee and the city shall conform to all state laws and rules regarding cable communications not later than one year after they become effective, unless otherwise stated, and to all federal laws and regulations regarding cable communications as they become effective.The franchise shall comply with Minnesota franchise standards contained in Minnesota statutes section 238.084.
