The Sabin citizens' advisory cable TV board previously established is hereby continued, and such board shall consist of five (5) persons from the city. Each of these five (5) persons shall be appointed by the city council to staggered two (2) year terms of office. It shall be the duty of this board to supervise and enforce the provisions of this chapter and perform the other duties imposed upon it by this chapter. (Ord. 115, 4-10-1990)
