2-3-9: VIOLATION; PENALTIES:
Any person who violates any portion of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon said conviction, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 222, 5-18-1999; amd. 2005 Code)
