2-3-6: PROHIBITED CONDUCT:
No person in a public dance shall be allowed to speak or act in a rude, boisterous, obscene, or indecent manner. The applicant shall not permit an intoxicated person, or other persons prohibited by law, to remain. (Ord. 222, 5-18-1999)
