2-3-3: TRANSFER OF APPLICATION OR PERMIT:
The application approved by the city council may not be assigned or transferred without approval of the city council nor may the premises on which the dance is to be held be sublet by applicant without approval of the city council. (Ord. 222, 5-18-1999; amd. 2005 Code)
