2-3-2: APPLICATION FOR PUBLIC DANCE:
An application for city council approval shall be completed and submitted to the city clerk-treasurer for presentation to the city council at least in time to present the application for city council approval at the council meeting prior to the dance. The applications shall be available in the office of the city clerk- treasurer. (Ord. 222, 5-18-1999)
