For the purpose of this chapter, the following words shall have the meanings set out in this section unless the context specifically indicates otherwise:
GENERAL PUBLIC: Teenage persons, juveniles, adults, or any groups.
PUBLIC DANCE: Any dance wherein the general public may participate by payments, directly or indirectly, of an admission fee or price for dancing or a fee for a membership in a club, where such dances are conducted on a publicly owned facility and where alcohol is served. (Ord. 222, 5-18-1999)
