A. Clerk-Treasurer Duties Delegated: The city council ordains that all of the bookkeeping duties of the city clerk-treasurer may be delegated to other responsible parties. The delegation shall be directed from time to time by council resolution.
B. Bond: The officer or employee to whom the duties have been delegated shall furnish a fidelity bond conditioned on the faithful exercise of his or her duties. Premiums on such bond shall be paid from city funds. (Ord. 21, 9-14-1993)
