The office of city treasurer is hereby abolished, and instead, the offices of clerk and treasurer are hereby combined into the office of clerk-treasurer, as provided by Minnesota statutes section 412.591, subdivision 2(a). (Ord., 8-31-2004; amd. 2005 Code)
