8-3-2: BUILDING HEIGHT:
In the residential district, no building shall hereafter be erected or structurally altered to exceed thirty five feet (35') or two and one-half (21/2) stories in height, whichever is less. (Ord. 16, 10-23-1970; amd. 2005 Code)
