8-2-4: VIOLATION; PENALTIES:
Any person who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day that the violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 16, 10-23-1970; amd. 2005 Code)
