For the purpose of this title, the city is divided into three (3) use districts, residential, commercial and industrial, as shown on the map entitled, "Zoning Map Of Sabin, Minnesota", which map is hereby made a part of this title. Any land annexed to the city in the future shall be placed in the residential district until placed in another district by action of the city council. (Ord. 16, 10-23-1970)
