All inspections and tests shall be done in accordance with the provisions of this code. It shall be the duty of the HVAC contractor or his agent to notify the proper authority orally, by telephone, or in writing for the rough-in inspection and the final inspection not less than eight (8) working hours, between the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and four o'clock (4:00) P.M., before the work is to be inspected.
