A. The application, administration and enforcement of the building code shall be in accordance with Minnesota rule chapter 1300. The building code shall be enforced within the extraterritorial limits permitted by Minnesota statutes 326B.121, subdivision 2(d), when so established by this chapter.
B. The code enforcement agency of the city shall be the Sabin city council.
C. This building code shall be enforced by the Minnesota certified building official designated by the city to administer the building code in accordance with Minnesota statutes 326B.133, subdivision 1. (Ord. 11-20-12, 11-20-2012, eff. 11-20-2012)
