6-2-1: AUTHORITY TO TURN ON WATER, TAP MAINS:
No person except authorized city personnel shall turn on any water supply at the stop box or tap any distributing main or pipe of the water supply system or insert a stopcock or other appurtenance therein without a city permit. (Ord. 106, 5-12-1981)
