§ 151.11 LOTS SHALL BE SUITABLE FOR USES INTENDED.
   No lot shall be approved unless an adequate portion thereof is suitable for a use permitted by the zoning ordinance, and, in particular, no lot shall be platted for building unless it contains an adequate building site, as required by § 151.62.
