§ 115.20 LOADING OR UNLOADING PASSENGERS BY BUSES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person engaged in the business of operating motor buses for the transportation of passengers for hire, to halt or bring to a stop said motor buses on the streets of the town, within the following described portion of the town, for the purpose of loading or unloading all or a part of its passengers, except at one central place designated for loading and unloading, or union bus terminal.
