§ 115.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   The violation of § 115.13 shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment of 30 days or a fine in an amount set by Council from time to time, or both.
