§ 115.17 TRANSPORTATION OF NONPAYING PASSENGERS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any taxicab driver or owner of a taxicab to permit nonpaying passengers, except the immediate members of the family of the driver or owner, to ride in any vehicle while being used as a taxicab.
   (B)   This section does not prohibit a driver from transporting nonpaying passengers if the vehicle is not being used as a taxicab.
