§ 115.08 DETERMINATION OF RATES AND FARES.

(A) The rates and fares which shall be charged by the drivers or operators of taxicabs or other vehicles for hire within the town shall be determined by the Town Council from time to time.

(B) A rate card showing the current rates shall be posted in the passenger compartment and available to passengers at all times.
