(A) The Chief Executive Officer of the municipality shall issue an inspection card to the owner of each taxicab inspected, showing the make of the car, model, motor number, name of owner, date of inspection, condition of lights, horn, brakes and general condition of said car.
(B) The inspection card shall at all times be displayed in a visible place in said car when used as a taxicab and this card must be submitted and presented to the Chief Executive Officer of the municipality every six months thereafter at the time when the car for the said card was issued is submitted and presented for inspection as above set forth.
(C) The Chief Executive Officer of the municipality shall note on the inspection card the date of each and every car inspection.
