§ 115.04 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   Every owner of a taxicab or taxicab company for which a certificate of convenience and necessity has been issued to operate a taxicab in the corporate limits shall apply to and secure form the tax collector an annual license for the privilege of operating such taxicab.
