§ 115.02 COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER AND OTHER PROVISIONS.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of every owner of a taxicab or taxicab company to comply with the provisions of this chapter and to require that all drivers or chauffeurs driving or proposing to drive a taxicab for such owner adhere to and at all times conform to the requirements of this chapter.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate any taxicab upon the streets of the town in violation of the provisions of this chapter or any other applicable provision of this code, state law or ordinance of the town.
   (C)   It shall likewise be unlawful for any owner or operator of a taxicab or taxicab company to knowingly permit or cause to be driven or operated upon the streets or other public ways of the town any taxicab belonging to such owner or operator by any driver or chauffeur who has not complied with or who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or any other applicable provisions of the code, state law or town ordinance.
