(A) Firing, discharging and using firearms, including but not limited to handguns, shotguns, rifles and other types of long guns within the corporate limits of the city is hereby prohibited.
(B) Discharge of firearms within the corporate limits of the city shall be permitted by all duly authorized law enforcement officers of the city and other law enforcement officers of the county and state along with those federal law enforcement officers of the United States government.
