(A) Any person, corporation or other entity violating this chapter shall be fined as follows:
(1) First offense, $25;
(2) Second offense, $50;
(3) Third offense, $75;
(4) Fourth offense, $100; and
(5) Fifth offense and any thereafter shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $500.
(B) Each time an officer responds shall constitute a new and separate offense. The fourth and subsequent offenses may be subject to court costs and legal fees.
(C) Any violation under $100 may be paid to the Ordinance Violation Bureau as prescribed in this code. Any violation of $100 or more may be filed with the court by the City Attorney to enforce the chapter.
