Unless another penalty is expressly provided by law, or this chapter, every person receiving a ticket for the violation of no-parking areas or other violations of this chapter, except § 71.07, shall be fined as follows:
(A) First offense, $25;
(B) Second offense, $50;
(C) Third offense, $75;
(D) Fourth offense, $100; and
(E) Fifth offense and any thereafter shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $500.
(F) The fourth and subsequent offenses shall be subject to court costs and legal fees. Any violation under $100 may be paid to the Ordinance Violations Bureau as prescribed herein. Any violation of $100 or more may be filed with a court by the City Attorney to enforce the ordinance.
(G) The procedure set forth in this section shall apply for all parking violations, excepting only § 71.07, Construction Dumpsters, which has its own penalty. Additionally, on the fourth parking offense, the offender or owner's vehicle may be towed at the expense of the offender or owner.
