§ 71.03 PARKING SEMI-TRACTORS OR TRAILERS.
   (A)   Residential district. No person owning, leasing, possessing, or operating a truck, trailer, tractor, or semi-tractor trailer, boat, boat trailer, recreational vehicle, self-contained camper, motor home, box truck and car carrier, taller, wider, and longer than a conventional passenger automobile or station wagon, passenger panel van, or pick-up truck as originally equipped from the manufacturer, shall be permitted to park the same on any street or alley within the residential district of the corporate limits of the city, excepting that such vehicles may park for a sufficient time to make deliveries or pick up merchandise, wares, goods and supplies, provided such parking does not interrupt the regular flow of traffic and does not create a hazard for the safety of others. It shall be unlawful to park a truck on real estate that has a residential zoning leaving it running and unattended for a period greater than 30 minutes, during any 24-hour period.
   (B)   Business and commercial district. In the business and commercial district no such trucks shall park on any street or alley within the corporate limits of the city longer than one hour, excepting that such vehicles may park for a sufficient time to make deliveries or pick up merchandise, wares, goods, and supplies in the regular course of business provided such parking complies with all other parking regulations in force in the city.
   (C)   Industrial districts. In the industrial districts of the city, all trucks may park on the streets within the corporate limits in all places designated for parking, provided such parking does not interrupt the regular flow of traffic, does not obstruct the view of traffic, and does not create a hazard for the safety of others and provided such parking complies with all other parking regulations in force in the city.
