§ 51.16 RECYCLING.
   (A)   The City of Rushville provides recycling services. The city owns the recycling toters for the recycling program, and all recycling toters shall remain with the residence.
   (B)   It is the responsibility of the city resident to maintain the city issued recycling container in good functioning condition, void of loose debris and trash, and free from neglect and utilized for its intended use.
   (C)   City residents shall report all damages and requests for recycling toter maintenance to the Sanitation Department.
   (D)   Once received, the Sanitation Department will, at no cost to the resident, remove and replace any recycling toter at no charge to city residents as long as damages are not the result of resident negligence or maleficence, and the damages or component failure(s) are a result of normal usage and wear, as defined by the Sanitation Department.
   (E)   Noncompliance by any resident shall be addressed pursuant to §§ 51.22 through 51.99 or other relevant sections of this chapter.
   (F)   The collection schedule shall be determined by the Sanitation Department.
