It shall be the duty of the owners and occupants of every house, building or place of business in the village to have placed thereon, in a place clearly visible from the street, in figures at least three and three-fourths inches (33/4") high, numbers showing the street number of the house, building or place of business. Violations of this section shall be subject to the general penalty provisions provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 650, 10-4-1993)
