A. Notice Of Violation: Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter shall be served by the village with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations. (Ord. 635, 2-16-1993)
B. Revocation Of Permission: The village may revoke any permission granted for sewage disposal as a result of any violation of any provision of this chapter.
C. Penalty: Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided herein shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding that provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 635, 2-16-1993; amd. 2012 Code)
D. Liability For Violation: Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the village by reason of such violation. (Ord. 635, 2-16-1993)
