§ 95.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BLIGHTING INFLUENCE. Any real condition of real or personal property, or the use of real or personal property, which, if allowed to continue, may reasonably be expected to cause the deterioration or devaluation of neighboring properties, or provide attractive nuisances, or endanger the safety and welfare of the occupants. Such condition or use includes the maintenance of yards, fences, dwellings, accessory buildings, or other appurtenances and the location on any property of equipment or facilities.
