§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Unless otherwise provided, if a person knowingly, intentionally, or recklessly violates the provisions of § 92.25(L), the person is guilty of a crime as follows:
      (1)   Except as otherwise provided in § 92.25(L) or another section of the village’s code, a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period of not more than 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment; or
      (2)   A civil infraction with fines as set forth for disorderly conduct in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
