§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person found violating any of the provisions of this chapter (with the exception of § 130.02(A)(7)) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $500, or imprisonment for a period not more than 90 days, or both, in the discretion of the court.

   (B)   Effective 30 days after publication of § 130.02(A)(7), any person, firm, or corporation who violates, or fails to comply with, any provisions of § 130.02(A)(7) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than $200, or imprisoned for a period not to exceed 30 days, or both, in the discretion of the court. Each day that the violation continues is a separate violation for purposes of the enforcement of § 130.02(A)(7).
