The Village Council may, in its discretion, for just cause, refuse to grant the license and any license granted under the terms hereof shall run for a period of one year from and after the date of issuance, and at the expiration of the term, the licensee shall make another application for a license so to operate for the next year, which application shall contain all of the information specified in § 111.04 above, and shall be accompanied by the annual license fee of $25 for each junk yard intended to be operated by the applicant.
