§ 111.04 APPLICATION; INFORMATION REQUIRED.
   Applications so made shall contain the following information:
   (A)   If the applicant is an individual, his or her application shall contain his or her full name and address and the name under which he or she does, or proposes to do, business, together with the address of his or her principal place of business;
   (B)   If the applicant is a corporation, the application shall contain the name of the corporation, its principal place of business, the full name and address of its resident agent who is authorized to receive service of process, and the state in which the corporation was formed;
   (C)   If the applicant is a co-partnership or firm, the application shall contain the full names and addresses of all persons comprising the firm or co-partnership or having an interest therein, and the address of the co-partnership’s or firm’s principal place of business;
   (D)   Designate the exact location and size of the place, or places, where the applicant proposes to operate the junk yard, or yards;
   (E)   Designate the types and kinds of materials that the applicant proposes to handle;
   (F)   Designate the kinds and types of machinery and equipment that will be used in connection with the handling or dismantling of the materials;
   (G)   Designate the average number of persons to be employed in connection with the operation thereof;
   (H)   Designate the number of buildings or structures, if any, that will be constructed and/or used upon, and in connection with the operation of, the junk yard, together with a description of the buildings or structures that will be so used; and
   (I)   (a)   A statement as to whether or not a fence of the type hereinafter specified has been constructed around the premises where the applicant proposes to operate; but
      (b)   However, that if the applicant has not, at the time of making application, constructed such a fence and desires to detain the construction until after the Village Council has considered and passed upon the application in all other aspects, he or she may so state in his or her application and the Village Council may, in its discretion, pass favorably upon the application and notify the applicant upon the completion of a fence meeting the requirements hereof.
