§ 32.03 ADMINISTRATION.

   The Clerk-Treasurer and his or her staff, as his or her agents, shall accept:

   (A)   Written appearances;

   (B)   Waivers of trial;

   (C)   Admissions of violations; and

   (D)   Payment of civil penalties in the amount and for the violations as provided in § 32.04.
