§ 131.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provisions of § 131.01 shall be fined $50 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of §§ 131.15 through 131.20 shall be fined $50. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
