Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine in the amount of $50 for the first violation, payable at the town hall. Any subsequent violation shall subject the violator to a fine of up to $2,500 per violation. In addition to any fine and court costs, violators shall reimburse the town for the cost of responding emergency services, if any. The Town Marshal and representatives reserve the right to cease all usage of consumer fireworks if the user is acting in a reckless manner. The Town Marshal also reserves the right to confiscate all consumer fireworks being used in a reckless manner.
